My life so far has been a spiritual journey exploring various contemplative practices. I forge my own path through direct experience rather than adherence to any single tradition - drawing heavily upon Buddhism (Tibetan & Zen), Advaita Vedanta, and natural intuition. I'm a lifelong meditator and a psychonaut.
I've also spent 15+ years in the world of finance, startups, & venture capital, which means I understand both the inner world and the pressure of building something in the outer one. I’m an entrepreneur, the oldest of three brothers, and an investor.
I shepherd people through the woods when the trail disappears. I work with those who are navigating experiences that feel too big, too strange, or too subtle for conventional support - spiritual openings, psychedelic integration, finding purpose, family, relationships, and the chop-wood-carry-water practical struggles of building anything in the external world.
